Job summary

Summerland Farm, part of Aruma, seeks a friendly team member to welcome visitors on a macadamia and avocado farm on the Alstonville plateau. You will lead tours, deliver animal encounters, share the farm story and support events, all while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for guests.

Working with a passionate team, you will help create memorable experiences and contribute to a positive visitor journey across diverse groups, including events and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, hospitality or visitor attractions.
• Confident when speaking to groups and engaging visitors.
• Friendly, energetic and passionate about guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work a flexible roster, including weekends.
• Experience supporting people with disability is valued.
