Summerland Farm, a major tourism attraction operated by Aruma on a macadamia and avocado farm in the Alstonville plateau, welcomes visitors with tours, animal encounters and stories of social impact. This role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or visitor attractions.
• Willingness to speak to groups and engage with people.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends.
• Experience supporting people with disability is highly regarded.
