Job summary

AusCycling is seeking a dedicated events timing operator to deliver accurate results at Road and Track cycling events. You will be on the on-site team, ensuring timing systems run smoothly and results are captured in real time.

You will manage on-the-day operation of timing software and hardware, perform setup and packup of equipment, and troubleshoot issues with support. Pre-event gear pickup and post-event wrap-up are also part of the role.

• Return of transponders.
• Operation of timing software.
• Troubleshooting any software or hardware issues (with provided support).

Team Purpose

AusCycling’s Clubs and Community Enhancement Pillar is responsible for building, supporting, and enhancing the capabilities of both the Club Network and associated community organisations. The team also drives high quality experiences for sport participants, administrators, coaches, and officials with the aim of creating a world-class, sustainable national sporting system.

Position Purpose

This role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate results at Road and Track cycling events.

The role will be responsible for the on-the-day operation of the software and hardware to undertake the role.
