Job summary

Complete Termite Solutions on the Gold Coast is seeking a skilled Timber Pest Technician to join a friendly, locally owned team. You’ll conduct timber pest inspections, design and apply effective treatments, and educate clients on prevention.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus weekly commissions, paid training, company vehicles, and ongoing development opportunities, with a focus on work-life balance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Timber Pest Technician or in a similar role.
• Certificate III in Pest Control inc timber pests – licence required
• Willingness to complete further training if partially qualified
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid manual driver’s licence
• Physically fit for crawling, climbing, and working in confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed timber pest inspections for residential and commercial properties
• Developing and implementing effective pest control strategies and treatments
• Educating customers on best practices for pest prevention
• Maintaining clear and accurate service records and reports
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
