Job summary

Fast Labour Hire in Melbourne is seeking experienced ticketed operators for immediate starts on residential and commercial projects. You will work on-site across Melbourne, with opportunities to stay busy 5–6 days a week.

Requirements include a High Risk Work License, White card, 3+ years in ticketed roles, strong safety focus, independent work style, good time management and communication skills. We offer weekly pay and meal allowances for shifts over 9.5 hours, plus overtime rates.

Since 2013, Fast Labour Hire has provided skilled workers and construction labour hire services throughout Australia's major cities. With an extensive database of skilled and dedicated workers, our services have helped finish residential and commercial projects in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime

TICKETED OPERATORS REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE STARTS!

Fast labour Hire have multiple roles available for experienced and reliable ticketed operators across Melbourne. These are immediate start positions if you meet our criteria. You could be working on-site tomorrow!

Minimum 3 years experience in ticketed role is required for this position.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED

A proven background in construction projects

The ability to work independently and respond promptly

High Risk Work License

Perform all duties to a high standard

Be able to work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks and manage a high volume workload

The ability to prioritise and organise work load

The ability to follow systems, processes and guidelines

Excellent time management and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service

A strong technical understanding and strong understanding of OHS responsibilities and practices

White card

Australian work rights will be assessed on a case by case basis

The construction companies we work with have multiple projects on the go. We can keep experienced and reliable ticketed operators busy 5-6 days a week with on-going work.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

High Risk Work License

CIC induction card (White card)

Experience with EWP, Forklift, Telehandler, Hoist, Electrical Spotting

Be available to start immediately

Desirable to have a current driver's license and reliable transport.
