Job summary

Australia Post in Port Melbourne is seeking an Electric Vehicle Delivery Driver to join a dynamic delivery team. You’ll start your day with the facility team, then head out on a modern three‑wheeled EV to deliver mail and small parcels with care and reliability.

This permanent full‑time role emphasizes safety, ongoing training with Rider Mentors, and opportunities to progress into leadership roles. You’ll work Monday to Friday, enjoy a strong team culture and support for wellbeing as you serve

Qualifications

Available to work Monday - Friday, 6am - 2.30pm.
Hold a full or probationary Australian motorcycle licence and pass required assessments.
Flexible to work additional hours when needed.
Reliable and detail‑focused, handling mail and parcels up to 16kg.
Meet safety requirements, including the role’s safe working load limit (120kg or less).
Keen to learn and progress, with pathways into senior delivery or frontline leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Deliver on a modern three‑wheeled electric delivery vehicle to homes and businesses.
Prepare mail and small parcels at the facility before heading out.
Deliver safely and reliably with Rider Mentors' guidance.
Follow established safety processes and vehicle checks.
Contribute to keeping communities connected.
