Job summary

Allambi Care is seeking a House Manager to oversee one residential placement in Gippsland, Wonthaggi or Sale, ensuring high-quality therapeutic care for CYP and participants. You will supervise direct care staff, implement the Needs Based Restorative Framework, and coordinate with the Therapeutic Specialist to achieve case plan goals.

The role requires frontline leadership, documentation, and collaboration with Residential Coordinators to maintain a safe, effective care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with children and young people in residential care settings.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment theory.
• Wamiliarity with Needs Based Framework and case planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Direct Care staff in delivering daily therapeutic care.
• Support staff development and training to implement case plans and ISP goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a single placement and ensure safety, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Specialist to implement interventions within the house.
• Attend Care Team meetings and maintain documentation in line with policy.
