Job summary

Kirinari Community Services Ltd. is seeking Christmas casual Disability Support Workers in NSW to provide person-centred, therapeutic supports that empower participants to live the life they choose. You will build relationships, support independence, and help participants achieve their goals.

Using trauma-informed and Strengths-based approaches, you will promote choice and community participation, maintain documentation, and work within flexible rosters that support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Availability during December 2026 and January 2027
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
• Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
• Promote choice, control and self-determination
• Facilitate community participation and social connection
• Support participants to achieve their individual goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
