Kirinari Community Services Ltd. is seeking Christmas casual Disability Support Workers in Inverell, NSW to build meaningful relationships and support participants to live the life they choose.

Join a therapeutic support model focused on strengths-based practice, trauma-informed care and Positive Behaviour Support to empower independence and community participation. Essential requirements include NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, a valid driver licence and Australian working rights; flexible

Qualifications

Availability during December 2026 and January 2027.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Current First Aid and CPR.
Current Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle.
Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check.
Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Support participants to build independence and daily living skills.
Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
Promote choice, control and self-determination.
Facilitate community participation and social connection.
Support participants to achieve their individual goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
