The North Face Australia is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and help them choose the best gear for their adventures. You will work with a friendly, inclusive team in a dynamic retail environment.

In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday), you will build relationships with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to achieving sales targets while embodying the brand’s active lifestyle values.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for outdoor activities and sports is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting items that fit their needs.
