VF Corporation in Perth is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and develop our outdoor lifestyle brand presence. You will work closely with the team across sales, visual merchandising and inventory management.

The role offers the opportunity to grow into Store Manager, a Tuesday–Saturday full-time schedule, a friendly inclusive team, and excellent training, product discounts and an Employee Assistance Program.

Formación

• Must have 2+ years in a similar role or 2-3 years in retail sales.
• Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leading a dynamic team and driving sales across store operations.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure brand standards.
• Manage inventory and stock control to optimise availability.
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and coverage when required.
