Role Summary

Looking for a TMS V&V Planner / Test Manager to support a rail signaling project involving ETCS Level 2 (ETCS L2) and Traffic Management System (TMS) delivery. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities to ensure quality delivery and project milestone completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule lab testing and field testing activities.
• Prepare and review test procedures, test reports, and test documents.
• Coordinate with development teams, project teams, and customer teams.
• Track defects, risks, issues, and testing progress.
• Ensure test coverage and requirement traceability.
• Support project milestones and testing readiness activities.
• Plan team workload and support new team members.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• Experience in railway signaling, ETCS, TMS, CBTC, or railway systems.
• Good understanding of testing activities, Verification & Validation (V&V), and defect tracking.
• Experience in test planning and requirements management.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning and coordination capability.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Preferred

• Experience in railway projects or signaling projects.
• Experience in system integration testing and field testing.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and customer stakeholders.
