Job Title: Test Manager

Location: Adelaide, SA (Remote flexibility with regular travel or relocation required)

Employment Type: Permanent or casual

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Manager to lead and manage testing activities across complex defence, government, or secure enterprise projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee test planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring all quality assurance practices meet stringent security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end test management for large-scale or mission-critical systems and applications.
  2. Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines.
  3. Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing activities.
  4. Manage test teams (internal and external), providing direction, mentoring, and quality assurance.
  5. Ensure all testing complies with secure development and deployment standards.
  6. Monitor, track, and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with security, DevOps, and engineering teams to align test automation and CI/CD pipelines with secure delivery practices.
Criteria:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and hold baseline security clearance.
  • Primary project activity is based in Adelaide. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently or relocate as required.
  • Flexible working arrangements may be considered based on project needs.
