This is a full-time contract opportunity for an initial term of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Test Plan and Testing for Project Acute (Time Employee Management & Payroll Optimisation)
• Manage Testing requirements for System Integration Testing (SIT) (SuccessFactors to Downstream Systems)
• Engage with owners of downstream systems on all testing requirements
• Provide an overall testing plan for downstream systems
• Manage the interaction between SuccessFactors testing and downstream testing
• Weekly Project Status reporting
• Ensure all required testing documentation are complete
• Communicate with internal key stakeholders
• Communicate with all relevant 3rd party vendors and System Integrator for project

The Successful Candidate

• Responsible for data migration testing
• Responsible for all data migration for the following phases of the project :
• Playback sessions
• Iterative data load testing
• User Acceptance Testing
• Parallel Payroll Testing
• Dress Rehearsal
• Go Live
• Responsible for the delivery of the following Testing requirements
• System Integration Testing - SuccessFactors
• User Acceptance Testing SuccessFactors
• Regression testing - SuccessFactors
• Parallel Payroll Testing - SuccessFactors
• Dress Rehearsal - SuccessFactors
• Parallel pay delta data for testing of three iterations
• PPRT reconciliation
• Provide progress and impacts to the Test Manager (WP)
• Cutover plan and activities
