Hewitt is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead ERP testing for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation in Brisbane. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Project Director - ERP and focuses on testing strategy, governance and readiness across the program.

You will manage SIT, UAT, regression and data testing, coordinate environments, and drive quality reporting using Azure DevOps. Strong leadership and ISTQB exposure are highly regarded.

  • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, test traceability, defect management and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership, ISTQB certification or equivalent experience.

Job description

Hewitt is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead all testing activities for our Business Operating System (BOS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation. Reporting to the Project Director - ERP, you will establish and manage the testing framework, strategy, governance and execution across the program. Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams and implementation partners, you will ensure solution quality, readiness and confidence ahead of deployment. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office. Given the highly collaborative nature of the ERP program, the successful candidate will work on-site five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the ERP testing strategy, framework, methodology and governance model.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, integration and data testing.

About You

You are an experienced testing professional with a strong track record leading testing functions within large ERP or enterprise transformation programs. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability and have a passion for quality, governance and stakeholder engagement. You are comfortable influencing senior leaders, managing complex testing environments and driving outcomes across multiple workstreams. Experience within supply chain, manufacturing, agriculture or FMCG environments will be highly regarded.
