Leidos Australia is seeking experienced Test Engineers to join our Federal Government program in Canberra. You will synthesize customer requirements into robust test solutions, evaluate testability, and develop and execute plans across multiple testing stages.

Ideal candidates have IT/Engineering background, proven verification and validation experience, and familiarity with ALM/Jira/Confluence. You will work in a collaborative environment delivering mission-critical IT systems with integrity

Qualifications

IT/engineering background or related degree.
Proven experience in verification and validation and systems testing.
Experience writing and maintaining test artefacts aligned to requirements.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (ALM, Jira, Confluence).
Understanding of systems engineering and V&V practices.
Experience testing enterprise ICT environments and test automation.

Responsabilités

Synthesize customer requirements into test solutions, balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Review and evaluate testability of requirements.
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures for various testing stages.
Analyze test results, manage defects, and prepare detailed test reports.
Collaborate with teams to solve problems and ensure successful outcomes.
