Job summary

MAX Solutions RTO in Nundah, QLD is seeking an Ongoing Casual AMEP Trainer and Assessor to support SEE/AMEP programs. You will deliver LLN, language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills training, using learner-centred approaches and diverse communication methods.

You will conduct pre-training assessments, identify barriers to attendance, and motivate jobseekers to improve LLN skills to complete education and gain employment, while upholding child safety and program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL.
• An undergraduate degree with a post graduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a post graduate qualification in TESOL.
• Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training.
• Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance and involvement.
• Bring learning to life for students by using different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes.
• Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements.
