Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Box Hill, Victoria, and surrounding areas. You will focus on replenishment, ticketing, and display builds, ensuring quality visuals and compliant launches across retailers.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and are able to work autonomously with strong communication. Expect an average 8 hours per week with Wednesday to Friday availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket or retail settings preferred.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting as required.
