AMA Medical Products is a market leading supplier and distributor of medical products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Territory Manager who will undertake a range of duties that supplies solutions to customers and distributors across Australia with their purchase of a broad range of medical products including consumables and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and delivering revenue, margin, growth, and retention targets across the territory
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation; attention to detail a must.
  • Managing strategic customer relationships and acting as the senior escalation point
  • Maintaining strong sales governance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
  • Drive growth through building and managing a sales pipeline, identifying, developing and executing strategic plans to qualify enterprise opportunities, expand market reach and unlock new opportunities.
  • Create opportunities by proactively embracing prospecting, cold calling, networking, attending events and utilizing lead generation methods to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Articulate solutions clearly communicating benefits of our solutions
  • Other duties as directed by the Commercial Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Year 10 education.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a Territory Manager or Sales role.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sales Professional CRM an advantage).
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to meet KPI's.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that contribute to sales teamwork.
  • Ability to negotiate and develop strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Ability to organise and delegate along with superior problem-solving skills.
  • Proven high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate attention to detail with sound numerical reasoning.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic relationship development.
  • Knowledge of medical products and equipment preferred.
