Vital role to manage Canberra's existing customer portfolio and to grow our market share in the area.
Take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.
Maintain a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible.
Deliver market leading service and support to Elgas' high value commercial customers.
Self-generating new business, taking the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers.
Guide customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas and negotiating to navigate a win/win outcome.
Collaborate closely with local branch staff, sales team members, and industry stakeholders.
Maintain relevant data in our system and produce coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for the region.
Demonstrated sales experience from any industry – no LPG experience necessary.
Strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and passion for sales.
Self‑starter with very good time management skills; company vehicle and tools of trade will be provided.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent personal presentation, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision while prioritizing tasks.
Want to own the region's success, responsible for significant customer revenue, empowered to 'do the deal', and hungry to win.
A clean and valid driver's licence is a must have.
