Job summary

Optus is seeking a Territory Executive – Consumer Electronics to develop and manage the Consumer Electronics partner network, starting with Harvey Norman stores. The role focuses on coaching teams, driving sales performance and implementing growth strategies to deliver measurable business results.

You will build strong relationships, coach staff, and analyze performance to improve revenue and profitability while ensuring compliance and operational best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, consumer electronics or related industry.
• Strong sales, relationship management and commercial acumen.
• Proven success achieving business and financial targets.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Consumer Electronics Franchisees, Sales Managers and Sales teams.
• Coach and develop teams to improve sales performance and customer experiences.
• Implement business plans, promotions and growth initiatives.
• Analyse performance and provide insights to improve revenue and profitability.
• Support compliance, operational best practice and continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
