Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Sydney is seeking a Casual Tennis Coach / Assistant to deliver high quality tennis programs for members.

You will organise teams, leagues and tournaments, assist with maintaining safe facilities and communicate professionally with members.

Qualifications

• Tennis Australia Coaching Qualification or overseas equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Australian residency or eligibility to work in Australia.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in tennis coaching.
• Current Senior First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering high quality tennis programs and events for adults and children.
• Organise teams, leagues and ladders and oversee interclub competition and internal tournaments.
• Ensure club operating procedures are being adhered to.
• Advise management on any maintenance needs or issues.
• Maintain professional communication with members on and off court.
• Continuously look for ways to improve member experience.

The Role

• Assist with delivering high quality tennis programs and events for adults and children
