The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Tenant Participation Officer for Mount Druitt, offering a hybrid role with 80% in office and travel across Western Sydney. This temporary assignment comprises two positions until June 2027, with Grade 5/6 salary.

The Tenant Participation Officer coordinates the development and delivery of tenant engagement initiatives that amplify tenant voices, support service improvement, and enhance community wellbeing. The role also manages key relationships and partnerships to strengthen communication, improve service access, and promote sustainable tenancies across Homes NSW communities.
