A leading not-for-profit housing provider in Longreach is seeking a compassionate Tenancy Management Officer to support residents in maintaining secure tenancies. In this part-time role, you will guide tenants throughout their housing journey, handle tenancy documentation, and collaborate with community partners to address tenant needs. The ideal candidate must hold either a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate or a Certificate IV in Community Services, along with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
$44 p / h + superannuation + salary sacrifice
Part-time (20 hrs p / fortnight)

In this pivotal role, you’ll help residents maintain secure and sustainable tenancies, working closely with tenants, support services and community partners to deliver respectful, person-centred housing solutions that make a lasting difference.
