Telstra Retail in Echuca is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Sales Consultant to assist customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting. You’ll act as a friendly tech expert, helping customers find solutions and building lasting connections in-store.

You will contribute to store performance by meeting KPIs, working with your team, and delivering quality service in a busy retail environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate:$33.33 per hour

*Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.

*Penalty rates are as follows:Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
