This is a phone based, B2B appointment setting role where you will identify and qualify leads, then book high quality appointments for the sales team. You'll work from a lead database (including sources like Yellow Pages) and apply strategic judgement to ensure viability before engaging. This is not a script based, high volume call centre role, it's about quality outreach, curiosity, and creating opportunities through smart conversations.
