AARNet is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Networks Construction team in Sydney. You will support the delivery of new fibre network builds, customer connections, and network relocations, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality.

Ideal candidates have experience in telecom construction or asset maintenance, with strong WHS focus and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Australian citizenship and WWCC eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Autonomy to work independently and manage competing tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of Telstra and nbn systems and processes.
• Experience in project coordination within telecom construction.
• Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS).
• Australian Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor project delivery to meet milestones and outcomes.
• Manage small fibre splicing tasks from start to finish.
• Help develop forward works programs for planning and delivery.
• Facilitate delivery meetings and track actions.
• Monitor customer and community issues with timely reporting.
• Assist with project scheduling, planning and contractor engagement.
• Support development and coordination of project scopes and delivery docs.
• Collaborate with Telstra and NBN access teams to ensure standards compliance.
