Responsibilities

• Create and manage change requests in line with ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to validate changes.
• Govern the Forward Schedule of Change and facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings.
• Supervise changes post-implementation and maintain records.

Experience with ServiceNow, Service Manager, or Jira
