Job summary

ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues within a health and community services context. You will perform routine maintenance, enhance security, and configure devices while adhering to the organisation's SLA and customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar IT related role.
Certificate 4 in relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows server, Networking, and Azure.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of requests and problems.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Install and configure hardware and software.
Identify opportunities for improvements in security infrastructure and systems.
Monitor and maintain access control, endpoint protection and backup solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Create and maintain project documentation as required including recording of risks and issues.
Provide service delivery in line with the IT team's SLA with a focus on customer service.

Duties

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of requests and problems.

Benefits

Starting salary of $77,281 + 12% super.
Permanent Full‑Time role.
Company provided laptop.
Salary package up to $15,900 net and add Entertainment Benefits up to $2,649 every Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) year.

Skills and Experiences

Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar IT related role.
Certificate 4 in relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows server, Networking, and Azure.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Desirable

Microsoft 365 or Azure Certified.

Additional Requirements

National Police Certificate.
Current Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Driver's Licence.
Evidence of Work Rights.
Travel between work sites on a regular basis.
Immunisations Category D.
