You Are:

You are an experienced delivery leader who excels at leading large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution. You are recognized for your ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholder groups, and drive successful outcomes across business, technology, and operational teams.

As a Complex Project Delivery Lead, you bring deep expertise delivering large-scale enterprise programs, with a particular focus on SAP, Oracle, and Data Transformation initiatives. You understand how to balance client expectations, program governance, financial performance, risk management, resource planning, and delivery excellence while maintaining a relentless focus on business value realization.

You thrive in fast-paced environments where executive leadership, strong delivery discipline, and cross-functional collaboration are required to successfully execute complex transformation programs. You are equally comfortable leading executive steering committees, managing global delivery teams, and driving issue resolution to keep critical programs on track.

The Work:
  • Program Delivery: Lead large, complex enterprise transformations (SAP, Oracle, Data) across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery quality.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary advisor to executive clients, facilitating steering committees, reporting status, and driving rapid alignment.
  • Governance & Risk: Establish delivery operating models, proactively manage dependencies, and handle escalations, contract commitments, and scope changes.
  • Financial & Commercials: Own financial performance including budgeting, margin management, resource forecasting, and contract change requests.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor large, cross-functional, and globally distributed delivery teams to foster collaboration and high execution standards.
  • Transformation Execution: Oversee full-lifecycle platform implementations, organizational change readiness, hypercare, and transition to ongoing operations.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.

Here's what you need:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex enterprise delivery engagements.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting the Utilities industry & clients experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Additional Experience:
  • Program Leadership: Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs with significant budgets, multiple workstreams, and global, cross-functional teams.
  • Enterprise Transformation: Expertise delivering large-scale initiatives in SAP, Oracle, or Enterprise Data & Analytics, including ERP modernization and cloud migration.
  • Delivery Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Governance & Commercials: Demonstrated expertise in program governance, financial management, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
  • Executive Presence: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Execution & Strategy: Skilled in driving organizational change, resolving complex delivery challenges, and balancing long-term strategy with daily execution.
Bonus points if:
  • You have Platform Expertise: Hands‑on leadership in large-scale SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM), or enterprise Data & AI Modernization initiatives (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, AI integrations).
  • You have scale & scope experience: Experience managing program budgets exceeding $25M+ or leading large outsourcing and managed services engagements.
