Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) invites graduates to join a structured 12-month Technologist Graduate Program in Canberra. The program places you into one of several streams, including Science & Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and IT Platforms, with three rotations to expose you to ASIO’s breadth of work.

Candidates should have completed a relevant degree before the intake or within the past three years and demonstrate adaptability,

Qualifications

• Completed degree prior to program commencement, or no more than 3 years prior.
• Candidates may have degrees in Cloud Computing, Data Engineering/Data Science/Data Analytics, Software/Computer Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Digital Forensics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data or AI Management.

Responsibilities

• Undertake 3 workplace rotations across streams to showcase breadth of ASIO work.
• Assist in data and AI lifecycle management from acquisition to sharing and disposal using best practice governance.
• Develop high-quality, high-performance software solutions within an agile environment.
• Collaborate with business users to solve problems and advance technical capabilities.
• Engage in analytics and visualisation to aid investigations and improve security outcomes.
