Job summary

Denlo Volkswagen Parramatta, part of Sime Darby Motors Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd, is seeking an experienced automotive service technician to join our high-performing service team in Western Sydney. You will service, diagnose, fault-find and repair vehicles, working closely with a skilled team to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

We value a current driver’s license, Volkswagen experience preferred but not essential, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Qualified motor repair/technician with relevant certification.
• Diagnostic and electrical experience is highly regarded.
• Experience in a vehicle workshop; VW experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles and perform diagnostics, fault finding and repair.
• Carry out general vehicle maintenance in a safe, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to resolve technical issues and satisfy customers.

The Role:

Working in a state-of-the-art, newly refurbished workshop and office building in Rydalmere, you will be responsible for vehicle servicing, diagnostics, fault finding & repair as well as general vehicle maintenance. You will work closely with a highly skilled team of mechanics to solve technical issues, implement solutions and provide high levels of customer satisfaction. All our staff ensure that work is carried out in a safe, efficient and in satisfaction to the customer.

What we need from you:

• Motor repair/technician qualifications
• Diagnostic and electrical experience will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience working in a business workshop (Volkswagen experience preferred but not essential)
• A willingness to learn and an appetite for challenge.
• A current and valid driver's license
• Valid NSW drivers License
