Job summary

Canon Business Services ANZ is seeking an experienced Microsoft Business Applications professional to lead and deliver Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients in Australia. You will work closely with customers, project teams and stakeholders to design, develop and deploy scalable business applications.

Role offers exposure to end-to-end project delivery, technical governance and ongoing innovation initiatives, with flexible working arrangements and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable Dynamics365/Power Platform solutions.
• Experience across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights or Field Service modules.
• Strong .NET / Azure DevOps/Visual Studio skills and tooling.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with reporting/analytics (Power BI).

About The Role

The role combines hands‑on development, technical leadership and customer engagement, supporting the delivery of modern business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. Working closely with customers, project teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to solution design, develop scalable applications, participate in technical governance activities, and help organisations maximise the value of Microsoft's low‑code and business applications ecosystem. The role offers exposure to end‑to‑end project delivery, customer consulting and ongoing innovation initiatives.

Scope of the Role

• Implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate
• Participate in requirements gathering, workshops, agile ceremonies, testing and deployment activities
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and solution governance
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to deliver successful business outcomes
• Support sales and presales activities, including demonstrations, technical discussions and RFP responses
• Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and platform optimisation
• Share technical expertise and best practices across the wider Solutions team
• Participate in customer engagement activities and onsite workshops where required

About You

You are an experienced Microsoft business applications professional with strong technical skills and a passion for solving business challenges. You enjoy working directly with customers, developing modern applications and contributing to the success of complex technology projects. Key Skills and Experience include:

• 5+ years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate
• Experience working across Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, or Field Service
• Experience with Microsoft .NET, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio and associated development tools
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with reporting and analytics platforms, including Power BI
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Experience working directly with customers in support, consulting or project delivery environments
• Experience with PCF development, Azure integrations, Power Platform build pipelines or PowerShell scripting will be highly regarded
• Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications such as PL-200 or PL-400 will be advantageous
