Toll Aviation is seeking a highly organized Technical Records Officer to join our Aviation Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Controller, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of aircraft maintenance records and operational documentation for Toll's helicopter fleet.
You will reconcile flight operations and maintenance data, validate records against documentation, and support maintenance control activities to sustain airworthiness and readiness across the operation.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Records Officer to join our Aviation Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of aircraft maintenance records and operational documentation.
This role is responsible for validating maintenance and flight operations data, maintaining aircraft records and supporting maintenance control activities to ensure the continued airworthiness and operational readiness of Toll Aviation's helicopter fleet.
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience within aviation maintenance, technical services, airworthiness or aircraft records management and have a passion for accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.
