Bendigo Health is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the technical streams of the SuccessFactors implementation project. You will coordinate integrations, planning, and go-live activities within the Technical Change team, including Active Directory, UKG Pro, Bank clearing house, ATO, flat file reports, Fit2Work and AHPRA.

Classification: HS5 - HS33 Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $3,714.26 - $4,106.12 + Over Award (dependent on experience) up to $120k p/a
Hours per fortnight: 76
Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time (until 02/07/2027)

Reporting to the Technical Project Manager, this role will work as part of the Technical Change team on the SuccessFactors implementation project.

This role will be a critical role, helping to lead the technical streams closing out aspects related to integrations and planning for and executing go live. Our integrations include Active Directory, UKG Pro, Bank clearing house, ATO, flat file reports, Fit2Work and AHPRA.

The role will also work closely with the Loddon Mallee Workforce Systems teams (the current System Administrators of SuccessFactors) and our various vendors and implementation partners and local ICT to achieve results.

Note: Open to negoitiation of a secondment opportunity for staff currently working within the Victorian Public Health Sector.

Loddon Mallee Shared Services provides ICT services to all health services currently within the Loddon Mallee network. The services LMSS provide can range from ICT helpdesk, implementation and management of approved applications to consolidating regional platforms with dedicated support teams.
