Job summary

CyberCX in Canberra is seeking a senior technical security leader to provide mentorship and deliver quality outcomes in cloud security. You will lead customer transformation initiatives and ensure stakeholder engagement while fostering team development and collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Cloud GCP with a professional certification, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • 3+ years' experience with Terraform on Google.

Job description

How You Will Make An Impact

Provide technical security leadership to the Compliance and Product Engineering Team. Perform mentorship and leadership support to build high performing individuals and teams whilst delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Day to day you will:

• Lead customer transformation initiatives by leveraging deep expertise in Google cloud security.
• Provide personnel and project support with clients, taking the initiative to drive improvement and deliver successful outcomes for customers.
• Lead complex and dynamic client engagements. Take part in engagement planning, stakeholder management, engagement governance, risk management, delivery management and quality assurance.
• Prepare and present high-quality deliverables (written or verbal) in line with the agreed scope, customer requirements and relevant standards. For example, findings and recommendations report.
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships through direct customer support and working with Customer Sales and Customer Solutions teams to support relevant activities.
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.
• Lead, coach and build teams to enable learning, development, and capability uplift through sharing of technical knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years experience working with Cloud GCP and Google Unified Security
• GCP Cloud Security Engineer Professional Certification
• 3 + years' experience with Terraform on Google
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
