Boeing Defence Australia in Brisbane is seeking a casual Technical Illustrator to support AEW&C international programs. You will develop and refine maintenance and operator manual illustrations, working with project coordinators to ensure accurate revision deliveries and timely project milestones.

Can workunder general guidance to complete tasks.Technical Manual Formats - Complete knowledge of technical specifications andrequirements (e.g., technical manual format requirements) for the production and delivery of technical data (e.g., Structural Repair Manual [SRM], Airplane Maintenance Manual [AMM], Illustrated Parts Breakdown [IPB]).General knowledge of page layout design and formatting, includingintegration of text and graphics.Illustration Software - General knowledge of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) illustration software applications such as CorelDraw for technical Illustration creation.A high standard of communication skills that facilitate interaction between the project staff and key internal customer groupsGeneral knowledge of the capabilities of each tool and the ability to determine theappropriate application to use for a particular task.General knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) software.Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.CultureWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
