Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years’ experience delivering engagement and communication outcomes.
• Formal qualifications in a Social Science/Communications/Commerce degree or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder and community engagement strategies across GHD’s projects.
• Lead and manage complex engagement projects with emphasis on client satisfaction and quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with existing clients and explore new growth areas.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to clear, compelling proposals with guidance from colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engagement outcomes.
• Share insights and ideas to strengthen engagement practice and influence future work.
