Due to growth, we’re now looking for a Technical Consultant to support BAU tickets, triage high-priority issues, and assist with project work across networking.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Technical Consultant, you will assist across multiple sectors, providing consultation and mentoring to junior engineers, maintaining high standards of technical documentation and change management. • Previous experience in a senior technical or consulting role
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Firewalls, routing, DNS, and VPNs
• Recent experience within the MSP environment
• Driver’s License
• ITIL v4 Certification
• Relevant Azure and Microsoft Certifications
