Job summary

Cadence Connect is an award-winning recruitment firm focused on technology staffing in Brisbane. The role centers on building relationships with Brisbane technology professionals, partnering with clients and managing end-to-end recruitment from interview through to placement.

You will source, screen and interview candidates, maintain a strong talent pool, and guide candidates through the full lifecycle, including reference checks and work-rights eligibility checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a candidate management, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of the IT/technology market and candidate landscape.
• Excellent relationship-building and interviewing skills.
• Highly organised, with ability to manage a high-volume, moving candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates across Brisbane's technology market.
• Build and maintain an engaged, well-qualified talent pool for current and future roles.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact to placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Conduct reference checks and work-rights/eligibility checks.
• Partner with consultants to understand client briefs and ensure strong candidate-role fit.
