Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to join the agile squad working on Nano's products in an on-site capacity in Australia.

The role includes acting as Tech Lead, guiding solution design, and collaborating with Product Owners, QA, BAs and engineers to maintain and evolve our codebase in line with engineering standards. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software engineering, strong Python API experience, and a track record in building scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• A track record of working within collaborative, cross functional teams.
• Experience in building highly scalable APIs with Python.
• Experience in working with Django is a bonus.
• Proven experience in designing and building maintainable applications and scalable application architectures.
• 8+ years in a software engineering role with preferred university degree in IT or equivalent.
• Experience working within a product focused organisation.

Responsibilities

• Working within an agile squad on Nano's products
• Wearing the hat of Tech Lead within your squad
• Leading solution design within your agile squad
• Collaborating closely with the squads Product Owner, QA, BA and Engineers
• Maintaining and building upon our code base according to Nano's engineering standards and practices
• Contributing to solution design for future features
• Providing mentorship to more junior team members
