Job summary

Harvey Norman Hervey Bay is seeking a motivated Salesperson in Technology & Entertainment to help customers pick the right tech for home, work and life. This 4-day-per-week role (about 30 hours) offers base pay plus uncapped commission and a clear path to full-time hours.

Commission is uncapped and rewards performance, with potential total weekly earnings in the range of the ad’s figures. Training starts on day one and incentives, staff discounts and promotions are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people.
• Driven to earn a high income and motivated by targets.
• Willing to learn and open to coaching; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right technology for home, work and lifestyle.
• Build rapport, understand needs and close sales.
• Resolve customer problems quickly and follow through.
• Sell mobile phone plans.
• Work with the team to hit individual and store targets.
• Store merchandising & ticketing.
