Law Staff in Brisbane is seeking a Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join a well-regarded national firm with a strong Brisbane disputes practice. The role offers hands-on responsibility across a diverse range of high-value commercial matters, including emerging cryptocurrency disputes and asset tracing.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Experience operating at Associate or Senior Associate level.
• Exposure to complex commercial disputes in private practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Represent a varied client base, including companies, directors, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals, across a broad range of complex disputes.
• Shareholder and corporate disputes.
