Job summary

Zambrero Southport is hiring team members to uphold our high standards of customer service, recipe execution, and cleanliness. You’ll help create a great guest experience in a fast-paced Mexican restaurant.

We offer flexible hours, all required training, and the opportunity to contribute to Plate 4 Plate, fighting world hunger with every burrito or bowl sold.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptionally friendly customer service.
• Follow recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods.
• Prepare recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume.
• Adhere to food handling, safety and sanitisation standards.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant.
• Support smooth restaurant operations to ensure a great customer experience.

What you’ll do

As a team member at our Southport restaurant, you will be responsible for following Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning to ensure that our guests’ experience is always the best it can be.

Provide exceptionally friendly customer service

Follow recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods

Prepare recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume

Adhere to food handling, safety and sanitisation standards

Assist with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant

Anything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give our customers a great experience
