Job summary

Oporto is seeking Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team in Sydney. You will help prepare and serve our flame-grilled meals, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

You will maintain a clean, safe environment, work well under pressure, and contribute to a supportive team culture within the Oporto Familia. Previous food service is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; roles suitable for entry-level applicants.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and friendly disposition are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to customers while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
