Job summary

Zambrero's Adelaide Airport team is hiring for part-time crew members to support breakfast service with early shifts and a focus on fresh, fast Mexican food.

You will learn the coffee program and work with a friendly team to deliver great guest experiences while maintaining high food standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.

• Barista skills are a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptionally friendly customer service from morning coffee to last burrito.
• Follow Zambrero recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods.
• Prepare recipes as needed and adapt to customer volume.
• Learn the basics of our coffee program with training provided.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning of production areas and dining room.
• Support the restaurant to run smoothly and deliver a great guest experience.

We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. Our newest restaurant is launching Zambrero's first-ever breakfast menu and coffee program! That means early morning shifts, the smell of fresh coffee, and a whole new crowd of regulars to win over before lunch even starts.

What you’ll do

But we are not just a healthy quick service restaurant! We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.

Our team members take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a team member, you will be responsible for following Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning to ensure that our guests’ experience is always the best it can be.

• Providing exceptionally friendly customer service, from the first coffee of the morning to the last burrito at night
• Following recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods
• Preparing recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume
• Opportunity to learn the basics of our coffee program, including how to operate the espresso machine and serve up a great cup (training provided, no experience necessary)
• Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
• Anything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give our customers a great experience
