Ampol on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to welcome shoppers, help them find what they need and operate a smooth checkout. You’ll keep shelves stocked, assist with coffee and fresh foods, and ensure the store always looks its best to deliver great customer experiences.

You'll be part of Australia’s leading convenience network, receive training from day one, and have opportunities to grow within a supportive team focused on safety, service, and a positive shopping

Formación

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts.

What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store that keeps our customers coming back. No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be helping a customer find exactly what they need and the next you'll be ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, coffee is flowing and the store looks its best.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the entire site running smoothly by:

• Making every customer stop a great one by serving customers with a smile, helping them find what they need, preparing fresh food and coffee and keeping things moving at the checkout.
• Keeping the store looking its best by restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, maintaining displays and ensuring customers can easily find what they’re after.
• Creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment by maintaining high standards across the entire site, from the shop floor and food areas to the bathrooms and forecourt.
• Keeping the store running smoothly by, following safety procedures, handling transactions accurately and taking ownership of day-day store operations.
