It’s more than just a job—it’s a chance to build confidence, develop life skills, and join a family that values growth, purpose, and fun.

What’s in it for You?

• Fixed Hours: with flexibility, no overnights.
• Fun: Team nights out and the chance to win our global Master Griller title.
• Boost your Skills: Grow into roles like Buddy Trainer, Shift Leader or Management.
• Support: Wellness resources (nutrition, fitness, financial & mental health) and more.
• Purpose: Make a difference—supporting communities, sustainability, and social inclusion.

What We’re Looking For:

A welcoming vibe that makes everyone feel at home. A hunger to learn, grow, and ignite your career. A team player who lives our values: Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity, and Family.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff:

• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 16+ (per our minimum age policy).
• You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and, if 18+, may need certifications like RSA depending on local laws.

Ready to Fire It Up?

Join a team where you can be yourself, make a real impact, and have fun while doing it. Our global purpose is Changing Lives, Together. At its core, this means we want to change the world around us by making a real difference to people’s lives. This passion to make a difference starts with our Nandocas (how we say staff), because when they’re being their best, brilliant selves, epic things happen. Our purpose guides and inspires us as we grow, so you may find us out in our communities lending a hand, connecting with customers and taking every opportunity to be a force for good.
