Job summary

Grill’d Narellan is seeking energetic Team Members to join our busy restaurant. You’ll flip burgers, chat with guests, and help keep the vibe positive while delivering great service.

We offer epic hourly rates, a nationally accredited traineeship (Cert II/III in Hospitality), free RSA training, ATAR credits through VET, and staff perks. Flexible rosters support uni or study, with growth opportunities in a diverse, community‑minded culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or fast‑paced service is a plus.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Energetic, friendly and reliable with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Flip burgers and assist with front‑of‑house duties.
• Greet guests, take orders and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support shifts to maintain a clean, safe and efficient operation.
