Grill'd in Melbourne is hiring energetic Team Members for our Murrumbeena Drive-Thru. No experience needed—training provided. You’ll flip burgers, chat with guests, and keep the shop sparkling while contributing to a friendly team and local community.

Responsibilities

• Flip burgers, assemble orders, and keep grill area clean.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly dining experience.
• Assist with maintaining restaurant cleanliness and stock levels.
• Support teammates to hit daily goals and uphold Grill’d standards.

What We're Looking For

• No experience? No worries! We'll train you up.
• A positive attitude and passion for making peoples day.

• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts.

As part of the process, you'll complete a quick online assessment - it's a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you're done, you'll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
